I have nothing in my calendar after market and brunch with Amy tomorrow until the 14th.

My grandma has a dental appointment that morning. And I saw that Delta Rae will be doing the Livestream listen of their Southern Gothic musical. I saw Eric's insta stories about it since he posted them directly from his own account not reshared, the band email, and the Kickstarter email, lol. I also saw that it specifically said Twitter live, Facebook live, and YouTube live for where they were doing it. Which definitely made me pause but in a good way at those choices. Intentionally inclusive. I didn't even know Twitter had Livestreams, lol. Still. I did see it and I did notice and I am grateful. My curiosity is piqued enough I expect I'll show up for it. Especially after noticing where they plan to host the live listen of it. Thank you for listening. However it happened, I'm genuinely grateful to at least feel heard after so long.

And then the 15th I have a gaggle of girls night at APT for Sense & Sensibility. (alright, 8 of us. But if 8 isn't a gaggle of girls I don't know what is. And as a girl, I feel I have every right to compare us to silly geese, lol.) Then the 16th is Nathan's wedding. And then the week after my grandma has a podiatry appointment on the 19, we have Hamlet tickets on the 20, I have a dentist appointment on the 20 and then I have no idea what all my plans are in Leo season, lol. But for the next week and a half there's nothing in the calendar.

I mean, I'll have to work (though the 4th is a paid holiday) and I have quasi plans for Concerts on the Square on Weds if no rain and maybe rush tickets to APT depending on what they have. But after tomorrow nothing written in my calendar.

My plans for 4th of July are to be at home with my animals listening to George Winston music -- my cat is scared of loud noises but George Winston is his favorite keeps him chill so he doesn't spend the whole night shaking in terror under my bed. We listen to a lot of George Winston in my flat, pretty safe to say if you don't like listening to him you'd not fit in with my family of me and my fur babies. Both the dog and cat love piano music, the dog also loves strings whereas the cat tolerates it. Spock, as a superior species, is very specifically a lover of piano playing . As far as the fireworks go, my dog likes to go on walks with me during the fireworks to watch them so she know what the loud noises are. But I still leave the George Winston on for the cat in our absence. Not sure if we're going to have fireworks this year though.....lots of thunderstorms on the 4th.... Most of the week really. As in storms and rain continuously from Mon 7am until Weds 6pm. And then more after that.

Like 2.5" of rain this week..... Going to definitely be some flash flood advisories if nothing else.... Water levels are low though so the forums and the lakes and ponds will absorb most of it. Gonna suck for the sweet corn this year though.....late cool wet Spring and then a deluge during early July ripening?!?! Might be a year the only corn is for animal feed.... On verra.
